One of the other steam locomotives at Viseu de Sus that is not functioning anymore is 764.436. Built by the "Uzinele Domeniilor" factories at Resita in 1954, it used to be in service on the Vaser Valley mocanita line beginning with 1962. It has the usual characteristics of the 764.000 series narrow gauge steamers: 150 CP power, 30 km/h maximum speed.

Such a beauty, that locomotive... have you any idea about its future? I mean... a museum future or a melting future?

Good question. I think it will probably be dismembered and its parts used for the other locomotives that are still running. But who can tell...
