Train Fest 2010 @ Cluj-Napoca - Day 3

The final day of the 2010 edition of the Cluj-Napoca Train Fest was dedicated to modern trains (eras V and VI) and to CFR locomotives. The numerous visitors could admire many electric and diesel CFR locos, but also foreign super-fast trains.

All in all, it was a great event. Many thanks to all the people who invested a tremendous amount of time, money and energy to make this happen!

Train Fest 2010 @ Cluj-Napoca - Day 2

The second day of Train Fest 2010 delighted its visitors with trains from ages III and IV. Beautiful miniature models were all over the two exhibition rooms. Also, the first modern CFR locos started to show up on the tracks.

Train Fest 2010 @ Cluj-Napoca - Day 1

A special event is being held between the 10th of December and the 12th of December in Cluj-Napoca: the 2010 edition of the Cluj-Napoca Train Fest. Organized by the Trainsylvania Railway Club and hosted in the main building of the Cluj-Napoca train station, the event attracts both railroad modeling fans from throughout Romania and casual visitors (adults and children) who admire the miniature train world. With several railway clubs from cities like Cluj-Napoca, Oradea or Arad displaying their collections, the two large rooms of the exhibition are filled with beautiful H0 scale models.

On the first day of Train Fest 2010 visitors were delighted by trains from the ages I and II.
